About ME
Since I was a child, two circumstances have accompanied me; firstly I was the one to confide in, the one friends told their stories and sometimes worries, and secondly I was creative - meaning music, art and theatre was a natural part of my life. I also had bold ideas on how to spend time together with my friends having the most fun. In many ways, these two circumstances have shaped my life to what it has been and what I have become.
As a young woman I lived in Paris and studied fashion design, and then worked in the fashion industry for many years. What I found in that universe was beauty, creativity and many of my best friends. What I missed was a profound sense of helping others. I still was the one to go to for advice and help, but I felt I lacked a platform to really be of service. So I started study to become a psychologist. A whole new world opened up to me, and for a while I felt that my mind could run free in the academic world. However I was always the odd bird at university, I couldn’t let go of the freedom of creating freely, without the sometimes rigid structures that academia brings.
For many years I struggled with marrying my two professional sides; the psychologist and the artist. Was there anyway the two would ever meet?
Turns out - they could, in fact they already had, when I was a child I saw no conflict between the two, so why start now?
I’m now happily helping clients finding their authenticity and truth through creativity, play and beauty. Sometimes that means creating a commissioned painting, sometimes it means hosting coaching sessions or workshops.
I divide my time between Sweden, where I’m born and Catalunya in Spain.
